Our organization seeks a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead our seasoned team on site. The ideal candidate will oversee the programme of works for an in-house mechanical team, comprising fitters, fabricators, and operatives working on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities for the mobile engineering team on and off-site.
  • Develop detailed work plans to ensure efficient scheduling and task execution.
  • Review completed tasks, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prioritize workloads based on urgency and resource availability.
  • Conduct site inspections to evaluate the condition of facilities and assets.
  • Maintain and update safety documentation to comply with standards.
  • Ensure site drawings are updated to reflect as-built conditions during and after projects.
Requirements
  • Third-level degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in an Engineering Management role.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate site activities independently.
  • Practical experience managing on-site operations and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
