Installations Team Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Support Administrator to join our team at Securitas Technology Ireland. The successful candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the install department by assisting with administrative tasks, resource planning, processing orders, and helping streamline installations processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Support the install team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with Project Management team to assist with administrative tasks.
  • Create new suppliers and subcontractors to support the install team.
  • Log new projects from sales and work with PM team to get locked into install program.
  • Maintain and update install pipeline, working closely with PM team for accurate information on project margins and forecasting.
  • Provide assistance to other team members when required.
