Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Internal Controls. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to influence the quality and effectiveness of internal control processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions to improve internal control systems.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for entry-level and developing colleagues.
  • Conduct assessments of internal control effectiveness and compliance.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal control practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk management activities within Service Experience in collaboration with the Risk and Compliance Business Partner (RCPE).
  • Issue Management in accordance with policy, including identification, documentation, and remediation oversight and validation.
  • Create and maintain risk and control inventories, including Capabilities, Products, Processes, Legal Entity, Risks, and Controls.
  • Identify control gaps and remediate risks for all new regulatory and product changes across Service Experience.
  • Provide guidance to First Line on the execution of Process Assurance Monitoring and analyze results for risks to the business.
  • Drive execution of incident, plaint, and ARCP remediation.
  • Accountable for review and approval of Business Continuity Plans.
  • Maintenance ofernance, Risk,pliance (GRC) tool data for areas of responsibility.
  • Review and derive insights from key risk metrics for their business area, interpreting the data provided through dashboards and reporting.
  • Provide assertions on risk exposure and articulate and present escalated risks to management.
