Customer Experience Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our frontline customer experience is positive and attentive, while also working as part of the team to drive store performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to receive on-the-job training and development, as well as access to an online learning structure. You will also have the chance to travel to other stores to gain experience or provide support.

As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our vision of creating a vibrant environment for our community to recycle their second-hand goods. You will be part of a global leading recycling retailer with over 600 stores across 11 regions, giving second-hand games and gadgets a new lease of life and helping the planet go greener in the process.
