Job Opportunity: German Speaking Project Control Specialist

We are working with an international business to fill a unique position for a German-speaking project control specialist. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Extract critical information from internal systems through reports and questionnaires.
  2. Analyze data, apply necessary workflows, and present findings to relevant teams and management.
  3. C coordinate events, manage locations based on specific criteria, and ensure timely reporting.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records following established guidelines.

External Systems Interaction:
  • Submit requests to municipalities for Cadastral and Title deed information related to the project.
  • Collect essential data and upload it into the system.
  • Gather comprehensive information about locations for prospective contract signings.
  • Evaluate construction feasibility, ensure Grid connection is in place, and address other requirements.

Requirements:
  • Native-level German language skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
