Quality Control Specialist

As a skilled QC Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of products within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise and support our team's efforts to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Incoming Quality team in sample management, primary pack inspection, cleaning analysis, and movement of materials across the network.
- Perform system transactions, including movement and shipping of samples across QC labs within the network.
- Inspect primary packaging and participate in writing/revising/rolling out accurate operational procedures and training materials.
- Review, approve, and trend test results, ensuring compliance with GMP and GxP standards.
- Peer review analysts' documentation to achieve QC Right First Time KPIs and participate in daily meetings for effective communication.
- Complete all documentation accurately and provide support with audit/inspection requirements to ensure department compliance.
Drive continuous improvement by performing root cause analysis using tools like FMEA, Fishbone diagrams, and 5 whys.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in day-to-day activities.
Requirements and Qualifications- Hold a degree in science or engineering.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a GMP environment, preferably with quality experience.
- Previous analytical experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of systems like GLIMS, LIMS, and SAP is beneficial.
