Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial management team.

About the Role
  • Lead and develop a highly skilled finance management team.
  • Manage monthly financial reports and month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate annual budgeting and year-end financial statements preparation.
  • Partner with department heads to monitor budgets and support strategic business decisions.
  • Manage statutory audit processes and implement audit recommendations to maintain high standards of financial governance.
  • Review and approve financial statements for presentation to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular financial performance updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
About You:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with 5+ years experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with finance teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex finance issues and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel user with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.
