Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to patients, working closely with medical and nursing professionals to support rehabilitation and recovery. They will assess, diagnose, and implement individualised treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide expert guidance on rehabilitation and mobility. Additionally, they will educate patients and their families on injury prevention and ongoing physiotherapy needs, maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to best practice initiatives within the department.
Essential Qualifications:
A BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (CORU registration essential) is required, along with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering patient-centred care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also necessary for this role. Experience in an acute hospital setting is desirable but not essential, as full training and mentorship will be provided.
