About this role:

We're seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to provide high-level support to senior leaders.

This is a pivotal position requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage complex diaries, coordinate scheduling, and ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and process claims accurately.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Presentations: Draft, edit, and prepare high-quality presentations and materials.
  • Email Management: Monitor, prioritise, and manage incoming communications with professionalism.
  • Systems & Processes: Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate use of corporate systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with corporate systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation.
