  • Undertake site works in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of completed and ongoing works versus project plans and Works Requirements.
  • Evaluate building material quality through measurement and sampling.
  • Participate in scheduled progress meetings to resolve issues.
  • Maintain close communication with contractors and project management teams.
  • Attend site inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
  • Collaborate with client technical teams.
