The role of Conveyancing Solicitor is available at a busy and growing law practice in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, conducting thorough title investigations and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Conduct thorough title investigations, identify potential risks and develop solutions to resolve any issues that arise
  • Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the transaction and ensuring our clients' best interests are represented at all times
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, estate agents, brokers, surveyors and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years PQE with experience in conveyancing
  • Probate and Wills experience an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage own caseload
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients' interests
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal Case Management systems
