We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance/Reliability Engineer to join our client's team in south Tipperary. In this role, you will work closely with the site engineering team to ensure that maintenance systems are installed and managed to meet best practice and all compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will have expertise in working with capital projects to implement maintenance systems for new facilities and installations at the site. This includes developing equipment registrations, preventative maintenance and calibration routines, condition monitoring, and managing spares within the CMMS.

You will also be responsible for developing and managing regulatory inspection programmes, including pressure, lifting, and F-Gas systems. Additionally, you will develop and update Site SOPs as required.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline or equivalent maintenance/facilities experience
  • Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems, particularly SAP and Procal, and the implementation of these systems
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance/facilities environment, preferably in a Manufacturing GMP environment
  • Good understanding of World Class Maintenance and Calibration practices and expectations, including condition monitoring strategies and technologies
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems and work practices for both electrical/instrumentation and mechanical crafts
  • Good technical writing skills for PM and Calibration Routine development
  • Knowledge of Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices
