Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of online content.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues related to online content.
  • Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
  • Become knowledgeable about client products and community standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Advanced language skills, specifically fluent in Spanish at the near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time, permanent position with Covalen. Working hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm or 6pm – 2am, Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
