The role of a Clerk of Works is to assist in the supervision of main contractors on multiple projects. This includes ensuring the quality of works, maintaining records, and communicating with design teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and testing of the quality of works
  • Photographing and maintaining records on site activities
  • Communicating with design teams on progress, changes and upcoming challenges
  • Monitoring the main contractor's site management and health and safety

Requirements
