Site Facilities Supervisor - Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for coordinating non-maintenance activities related to site facilities and mill plant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting best practices relating to environment, health, safety, and quality (EHSQ).
  • Coordinating site surface contractors and non-maintenance works.
  • Coordinating mill production routine preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborating with mill maintenance for assisting in works.
  • Managing contractors and contracts related to site surface facilities and mill production-related tasks.

Experience and qualifications required include:

  • At least 5 years' experience in heavy industrial processes.
  • A technical or industrial safety qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in contractor management is an advantage.

This full-time role requires a 37.5 hour working week and occasional on-call weekend cover as part of a team roster.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
