Job Title: FS Audit Manager | Top 5 Firm | Dublin

Audit professionals with a passion for quality are sought to join our dynamic audit team in Dublin. This exciting opportunity offers exposure to various industries such as Banking, Asset Management, Funds, and Insurance, and the chance to collaborate with clients both locally and globally.

Main Responsibilities:
- Project management: managing a large and diverse portfolio of clients
- Promotion and oversight of quality audit work on client engagements
- Client relationship management
- Supervising and training junior members of the team
- Preparation and presentation of business tenders
- Working capital management: managing work in progress and billings
- Client fee negotiation
- Managing and reviewing the work of the audit team

About You:
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified
- Minimum 5+ years' experience
- Experience in Funds and/or SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle)
- Strong technical skills (Irish GAAP and auditing standards; IFRS experience an advantage but not essential)
- Electronic auditing experience; ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines
- Ability to make professional judgments based on findings
- Portfolio management experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical assessment
- Teamwork experience
- Commercial awareness
