Our team requires a talented professional to oversee design, development, delivery, and implementation of training materials and web-based learning solutions in a matrix organization.
This individual will be responsible for creating project schedules, managing resource allocation, and leading project status meetings. They will also participate in solution processes by creating presentations and defining solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending user interface and instructional design scoping meetings
- Preparing and reviewing project schedules and determining necessary resourcing for development
- Managing hand-off of materials between teams
- Leading project kickoff meetings
- Conducting risk and quality planning meetings with functional leads
- Leading project status meetings and creating status reports
- Collaborating with senior project managers to recommend staffing solutions and resource requirements
- Serving as the client's first point of escalation
- Advising on decisions to add or release development resources
- Attending internal and customer meetings when required
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Relevant design and development experience in an L&D organization
