Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned web technology specialist to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our web infrastructure and digital asset strategy.

Your primary focus will be on leading cross-functional teams, overseeing website launches, and optimizing our web ecosystem to meet digital marketing needs and achieve business objectives. You will work closely with our global marketing teams to develop and execute launch plans as they pertain to web technology.

You will also be responsible for tracking and assessing the effectiveness of our web technologies, coordinating the setup for monitoring and analysis of digital campaigns, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. Additionally, you will work closely with our Global Technology Solutions to evolve and optimize our digital infrastructure across markets.

In this role, you will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. You will have a solid understanding of data models and their relationship to CMS systems and data pipelines, and you will ensure alignment with data pipelines and analytical reporting needs.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring analytics readiness, supporting the structuring of datalayers for optimal integration with CMS and analytics platforms, and leveraging APIs and data standards to facilitate data exchange and integration between platforms.

You will lead project planning and execution using best-in-class tools like Asana and Jira, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. A strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, you will bring innovation and continuous improvement to technical challenges.

Maintaining awareness and operational knowledge of core technical tools and services is essential in this role. You will promote excellence in project execution through prioritization, proactive management, and collaboration with cross-functional international teams.

This position requires a strong background in web development, with expertise in SEO, analytics, responsive designs, and digital health optimization. You will possess a solid knowledge of CMS tools, such as WordPress, HubSpot, and ContentStack, and experience working with APIs and interpreting JSON-structured data.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will have demonstrated success in managing digital initiatives and have a proven track record of project management experience.

Prioritizing effectively, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and possessing excellent communication skills are essential qualities for this role. You will be comfortable working in an international environment and have a high level of rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with key digital infrastructure components, such as Web Application Firewalls, Content Delivery Networks, and Domain Name Systems, is highly desirable. Experience with PostMan to test data connections and payload transfers is also an advantage.
