Opportunity Overview

We seek a talented Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer with exceptional interpersonal skills to lead the delivery of client projects from inception to completion.

About The Role

  1. Develop cutting-edge designs for new projects, driving innovation and excellence.
  2. Foster seamless collaboration with client design teams and end-users through effective communication.
  3. Oversee technical and safety reviews to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  4. Leverage expertise in building services engineering design, including AFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations.
  5. Manage project resources and progress, overseeing team members and ensuring timely execution.
  6. Collaborate on HVAC system BIM modeling, estimating resource requirements for successful project delivery.
  7. Deliver designed scope within budget, hours, and schedule constraints.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (minimum Level 8).
  2. Chartered Engineer with a strong track record in HVAC design and significant experience in industrial facility systems.
  3. A minimum of 10 years' experience in HVAC design, with notable achievements in Industrial facility systems.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Excellent commercial awareness and business development skills.
  6. Familiarity with cGMP cleanroom regulations and standards such as ISO 14644, ISO 14698, and EudraLex Vol 4, VDI 2083.
