Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Clinical Innovation to join our team in Ireland. This role provides strategic oversight and direction on growth and innovation strategy, and portfolio management to maximize opportunity across all claim platforms.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading ideas and project implementation, driving clinical growth and innovation pipeline end-to-end, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pipeline to deliver upon growth and affordability outcomes that directly contribute to enterprise-level medical cost savings goals
  • Effectively drive initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timely delivery of value and results
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence to serve as a strategic connector across Operations, Analytics, Research and Development, Technology, and Clinical teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Define and articulate data requirements, and translation of complex data, to support innovation efforts, including acquisition of new data sources and alignment of data mapping for utility builds

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with equivalent experience in Business, Change Management, Strategy
  • Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, major healthcare entities, Member/Eligibility and claims lifecycle
  • Experience with Payment Integrity business, Health Technology or Healthcare Financial Services

This role offers flexible work arrangements, with the opportunity to split monthly work hours between Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.
