Nursing Home Caregiver Role

Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking for a challenging role in a nursing home setting? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Staff Nurse.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care plans, assessing residents' needs, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assess residents' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Current registration with An Bord Altranais
- 1st level nurse qualification or higher
- Experience working in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
