Lead Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Service Manager to lead our beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, with expertise in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely and secure receipt of bar stock;
- Managing payroll and rosters for the department;
- Implementing effective stock control and rotation systems to maintain optimal stock levels;
- Maximizing revenue through upselling and achieving sales targets;
- Reducing costs without compromising customer experience;
- Maintaining accurate records and conducting regular audits;
- Developing and implementing training programs for the department;
- Ensuring security of cash, credit cards, and reception floats;
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and adhering to company accountancy standards.
