">**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nurse to take on the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in our Elderly Care Service. As a leader in this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and guidance to our residents while ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a wide range of physical health monitoring and treatment services to residents with severe and enduring mental health issues and neuropsychiatric disorders.
  • Monitor and manage residents with long-term conditions/chronic diseases in conjunction with the GP and MDT.
  • Carry out vaccinations and immunisations for residents and staff as required by the service.
  • Undertake screening including BP checks, height, weight, BMI, urinalysis, ECG, Spirometry, and new resident checks.
  • Carry out general nursing duties like health promotion and education, Phlebotomy, Ear Irrigation, administering prescribed long-term medications/injections, etc.
**Requirements:**
  • Registered General Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the NMBI.
  • At least 3 years post-registration nursing experience.
  • European passport holder - no sponsorship available.
  • Experience working in adult mental health services is an advantage.
  • Advanced healthcare skills.
  • Experience in Venepuncture/Phlebotomy and ECG monitoring, and knowledge of primary care practice.
  • Experience in the management of long-term conditions, e.g., COPD, diabetes, CHD, etc.
