Job Title: Process Quality Assurance Manager
">About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Process Quality Assurance Manager to lead method lifecycle activities supporting advanced biologic products. You will be responsible for driving excellence in analytical processes and quality standards.
">Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development, optimization, and transfer of analytical methods. 2. Serve as the key technical expert for analytical procedures, lab instrumentation, and material oversight. 3. Prepare and maintain documentation to support analytical activities in line with regulatory and compliance standards. 4. Oversee the rollout of test methods to meet project milestones and support product commercialization. 5. Ensure all external testing activities adhere to current GMP regulations.
">Requirements: 1. Background in health sciences or equivalent experience in a regulated industry (e.g., biology, pharmaceuticals). 2. Experience in a validation role within a regulated environment. 3. Proven ability to manage a team and deliver projects on time. 4. Knowledge of EU and FDA regulations, GMP, and quality standards.
