Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Brasserie Leader to lead our contemporary brasserie in County Kerry. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance, upholding exceptional service standards, and creating an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day brasserie operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent excellence with the Brasserie.
- Organize reservations, seating plans, and service flow for optimal efficiency in the Brasserie.
- The Executive Chef and Brasserie Leader will work closely with the kitchen to maintain menu quality and seasonal updates.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness in all areas of the Brasserie.
- Monitor costs and stock levels to meet financial objectives.
- Address and resolve guest feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-end food and service.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Competence in cost management.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
