Quality Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure products meet quality standards, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new product introductions with R&D and production
  • Manage technical documentation and specifications
  • Develop and update manufacturing work instructions and procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers for technical and quality issues
  • Oversee sheet metal fabrication and electrical assembly processes
  • Manage Bills of Material and optimize production costs
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and external contractor activities
  • Conduct safety audits, attend meetings, and support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lead ISO certification audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Collect and analyze quality data for senior management decision-making
  • Address quality issues via Corrective Action Reports and Continuous Improvement Projects
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar quality assurance or engineering role
  • Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (non-FDA preferred)
  • Experience in sheet metal and electrical assembly highly desired
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Inventor and Excel software tools
