This dedicated Home Healthcare Specialist position requires an experienced nurse to provide comprehensive support and training to patients with intermittent catheterisation and stoma care needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Job Requirements:
- Support patient referrals from established accounts, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent patient outcomes.
- Deliver expert training and coaching to patients in the community, empowering them to manage their conditions confidently and effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide clinical training on urology products, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
- Pursue new business opportunities, establishing and developing relationships with hospital Urodynamics & Stoma Departments, and working closely with the sales and commercial teams to drive growth and expansion.
- Contribute to the development of the Stoma homecare service within DCC Vital, involving collaboration with customer service, quality/regulatory, and logistics teams.
- Stay up-to-date with clinical advancements in urology and stoma care, attending conferences and workshops as necessary.
- Familiarize yourself with competitor services and products, staying informed about market trends and developments.
- Travel may be required for training, conferences, and events, as well as ad hoc duties as directed by the Sales Director.
