We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Creche Manager to lead our early years education team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate professional who can inspire and motivate staff, while ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
Job Description:
- The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the creche, managing a team of educators and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily running of the creche, including administration and documentation.
- Lead and mentor a team of early years educators, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Ensure strong relationships with families and staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Promote high-quality care and education, embedding Aistear and Síolta frameworks into everyday practice.
- Oversee rosters, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- A minimum QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent).
- At least 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in childcare.
- Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, Aistear, and Síolta.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
