We are seeking a skilled Bar Person to join our team in the Prince of Wales Bar/Drawing Room. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Provide prompt and professional Food & Beverage Service at all times.
  • Familiarize yourself with Service Standards and ensure staff are trained as required.
  • Support the team in setting up and clearing tables.
  • Maintain bar service areas to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Monitor and maintain stocks, equipment, and supplies at the bar areas.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly, bubbly, and flexible attitude.
  • Able to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
