Business Intelligence Data Analyst Role 

The role of a Business Intelligence Data Analyst is to facilitate and support senior management in their analysis requests by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of contract and commercial data within internal systems.

This includes providing guidance on the implementation of standard contract and commercial management infrastructure, as well as maintaining ION standard contract administration processes.

Sanctions screening and completion of associated questionnaires are also key responsibilities, along with supporting the maintenance of ION standard contract administration processes and responding to ad hoc analysis requests and contract queries.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong understanding of standard contract administration processes and ability to interpret legal contracts.

They will be well organized, structured, and methodological in approach, with good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage with senior management.

Able to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment, the ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Post-graduate experience preferably in a consultancy or Deal Desk/sales ops role is desirable, with a 1.1 or 2.1 degree in any field being required.
