The Agency Services team is responsible for administering loans in various capacities, including agent, participant, bilateral, and syndicated arrangements. This role focuses on executing operational processes across middle and back-office support functions, ensuring the accurate documenting, booking, funding, and monitoring/reconciliation of Alter Domus's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, rate fixings, and all loan processing activities related to your Agency portfolio, including bilateral, syndication, PIK, Skim, and other facilities.
  • Claim and collect fees and interest associated with the aforementioned products.
  • Review and clear account reconciliation breaks.
  • Provide timely and accurate information, data, and reports.
  • Offer excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Review and approve peer group transaction entries into the system-of-record.
  • Regularly review procedures.
  • Deliver accurate and timely project status, activities, and performance reports.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the team manager.
