Fiduciary Leadership Role in Equity and Quant Solutions

Overview:

This challenging position involves leading a team of experienced portfolio managers to oversee the development and implementation of equity and quant solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of developed equity markets, and a solid academic background in economics and statistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of senior portfolio managers and junior resources
  • Maintain and enhance the current investment process to drive optimal returns
  • Contribute to the direct management of flagship funds with a 'quantamental' approach
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management
  • At least 7 years managing developed equity strategies with a proven track record
  • Extensive knowledge of the USA investible universe and technological sector
  • Familiarity with UCITS regulation and operational risk minimization
  • Strong knowledge of factor investing and academic background in economics
  • Intermediate knowledge of a programming language other than VBA, Matlab, or R (preferably Python)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
