Project Manager - Agile Delivery Expert

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

  • Responsibilities: Lead web development projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Foster strong relationships with clients through clear communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, emphasizing Agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Utilize Agile tools like Azure DevOps to manage workflows, track progress, and provide visibility across all stakeholders. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to guarantee deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve issues or risks impacting project delivery. Implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure deliverables align with technical specifications and client expectations. Generate project reports and performance insights using Power BI to inform stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing software development projects, particularly web development initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in Agile environments, with certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project management and workflow tracking.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting purposes is beneficial but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of common software development project issues and strategies for effective resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
