Job Title: Sales Associate

This is a customer-focused and detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries both in-store and over the phone, preparing quotations, processing invoices, managing orders, and always ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product enquiries, pricing, and order updates.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process sales invoices efficiently.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including stock checks and coordinating with the dispatch team.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide informed advice to customers.
  • Support the wider sales and retail team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep the shop floor and stock areas well-organised and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to lift and move stock as required.
