About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be based in St Lukes Kilkenny Cardiac Rehab & Cardiology Service and will be responsible for optimising patients' health and function while aiding patient flow through the understanding and development of patient pathways.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines and policies.
