We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our rehabilitation service, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of patients with cardiovascular conditions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be based in St Lukes Kilkenny Cardiac Rehab & Cardiology Service and will be responsible for optimising patients' health and function while aiding patient flow through the understanding and development of patient pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines and policies.
