We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accommodation department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign daily work duties and cleaning lists to Accommodation Assistants/Porters.
  • Provide continuous training and development opportunities for Accommodation staff.
  • Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Document and address any maintenance defects or other issues.
  • Oversee the execution of deep cleaning programs.
  • Collaborate closely with front office, reservations, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will have proven experience in an Accommodation role, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, as well as familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
