This role focuses on delivering exceptional sales performance while fostering a customer-centric culture. Key objectives include:
- Create a customer-centric environment across the business
- Train, coach, and develop the team to forge new relationships with clients and maintain/develop existing ones
- Establish a client focus mind-set in store to ensure the highest level of Client experience is met
This will involve effectively scheduling and overseeing staff planning to ensure maximum floor coverage at all times, consistently meeting high standards of staff presentation, and adhering to guidelines outlined in model stores.
Key Responsibilities- Meet sales targets in line with Company goals
- Achieve Host Store and Company Sales, Productivity targets
- Achieve retention and labour turnover targets
- Contribute towards achieving payroll targets
- Audit results within +/- 0.3% or below
- Meet event targets (% sales revenue)
- Meet and exceed 10% target or above for client book sales
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager with prior experience in managing large teams, possessing a proven track record of P&L accountability and driving bottom-line contribution. You should have excellent people skills and be able to build strong internal and external relationships.
Your background should be rooted in a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand, preferably with luxury experience. As a representative of our brand, you must embody our values and showcase a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.
