Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering integrated solutions, aligning with relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards, and industry best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work on multi-million-euro projects that will transform banking in Ireland, enabling the bank's best-in-class digital ambition.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years' working experience in a technology domain, with knowledge of Core Banking concepts and capabilities, Temenos Transact, Restful APIs & Eventing, Microservices, and associated patterns.

They will also have proven experience in solution design and technical architecture, with strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Take a lead role in the detailed design of the transforming Accounts domain from a technology, process, integration, and data design perspective.
  • Influence and engage with key stakeholders in the procurement and implementation of new technologies and integration into the Core Banking ecosystem.
  • Define and create solutions aligning to the target architecture and long-term roadmaps for a diverse range of applications within the Tribe.
  • Cascade and convert high-level business requirements into technical solution designs.
  • Ensure that the solutions we design are customer-centric and the design aligns with the Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture principles, and industry best practices.
