Cpl Resources - Technology is a leading provider of technology solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled TRP Developer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Kyndryl Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs) that document how our managed infrastructure will be restored, recovered, validated, and handed over to customer application support teams.
The TRP Developer will work closely with Kyndryl BAU teams to understand and document the recovery process, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication with all stakeholders. With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality documents that meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop TRPs that outline the recovery process for our managed infrastructure
- Work with Kyndryl BAU teams to understand and document the recovery process
- Review and approve TRPs with Kyndryl and customer stakeholders
- Participate in desktop walkthrough exercises of TRPs
Requirements:
- Experience in producing technical documentation, preferably in the field of disaster recovery
- Broad understanding of technical infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, AS400, Mainframe, VMware, Oracle, DB2, SQL, Exchange
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical SMEs and challenge them where required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple documents simultaneously
- High-quality document production with good attention to detail
