Role Overview:
As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our retail unit in South Dublin. Your primary goal is to deliver top-tier customer service and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Store Operations: Ensure daily running of the retail unit, maintaining high standards of merchandising, presentation, and customer care.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team effectively, fostering teamwork and a positive work atmosphere.
• Stock Management: Ensure accurate ordering and acceptance of stock, monitoring stock loss and waste while achieving sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Supervisory/Management role, with Level 1 & 2 Food Safety knowledge an advantage. Strong communication, delegation, and leadership skills are essential.
