Dublin Funds Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funds Solicitor to join our client's team in Dublin. This is an excellent chance for a solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to work on various mandates including joint venture agreements, M&A transactions, and traditional private funds roles.
The Role:- Represent asset managers in drafting key fund documentation such as prospectuses and supplements.
- Negotiate and draft material fund contracts including administration and depositary agreements, investment management agreements, and management agreements.
- Apply to the Central Bank and obtain authorization for asset managers to act as discretionary investment managers to UCITS and QIAIFs.
- Discuss new funds with both start-up and experienced managers.
- Apply for the registration of UCITS and QIAIFs with foreign regulatory authorities.
- Advise clients on the application of fund regulations to their business, including registering firms with the Central Bank as a Registered AIFM.
- Review fund documentation.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England with 3+ years' PQE.
- A strong interest in working on mandates that don't fit traditional private funds roles, including joint venture agreements and occasional M&A transactions in the funds space.
- Outstanding technical skills.
- An ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Effective teamwork skills.
