Job Description

As a Person Support Home Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals in a designated home. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, managing team meetings, documentation, and schedules to ensure comprehensive support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day service and household operations
  • Coordinating team meetings, documentation, and schedules
  • Maintaining a safe environment by adhering to relevant policies and best practices
  • Ensuring accurate records and communication with team members

You will work closely with individuals and their teams to promote independence, facilitate community participation, and encourage new opportunities. Your role requires a respectful and supportive approach, honouring each individual's story, values, and preferences.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Allied Health discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Social Care setting
