  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and updates for BMS hardware and software, and diagnose and rectify system malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • System Optimization: Enhance system performance for maximum energy efficiency and occupant comfort, and lead small to medium-sized upgrade projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, updates, and maintenance activities, and complete detailed PPM reports, including identifying and reporting remedial work.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in teams.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Trend IQ, Niagara AX/N4, or equivalents, and health and safety certifications.
