Job Description

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to join our team in the Dublin area. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and managing water/wastewater projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of post-graduate experience in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works, including water or wastewater projects. A degree in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of post-graduate experience in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works, including water or wastewater projects.
  • A degree in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Satisfactory knowledge of construction contracts; experience in FIDIC and Public Works forms of contract would be advantageous but not essential.
  • A current and valid SafePass card is essential; confined spaces training would be desirable.
