We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Specialist to join our team at Elevate Partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of a diversified real estate portfolio, working closely with the asset management team and investment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the evaluation, due diligence, and underwriting of prospective investment opportunities.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasting, management and reporting on specific capex requirements and cashflow forecasts.
  • Liaise with the MD on monthly NOI performance in conjunction with asset managers.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 year's experience in real estate, property finance, financial analysis or other related role.
  • Third level qualification in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or other mathematical discipline.
  • Self starter, strong work ethic with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience in financial analysis using excel, experience using Argus is an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, enthusiastic, and highly numerate individual with an interest in extending their experience in both finance and real estate.
