About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination and supervision of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the project manager and contracts manager to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Support project managers in ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Manage industrial projects, including direct staff and subcontractors.
- Supervise works on site and ensure quality of works.
- Plan and coordinate daily requirements, including labor and material procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Engineering background is desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage project schedules and deadlines.
