Supporting Cross-Functional Teams
The successful candidate will support a wide range of key legal projects across various areas, including competition/antitrust law, merger control, FDI screening, public procurement, State Aid, digital sectoral regulation, and global competition laws.
This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain programs that ensure products comply with laws, regulations, and external commitments.
Regulatory Engagement
The candidate will engage with regulators, including European Commission, UK CMA, and other competition authorities, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This will involve counseling internal clients regarding company policies, legal issues, investigations, and risk tolerance.
Expertise and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of EU competition law matters, with experience in international antitrust matters being a significant advantage.
You should hold an Irish, U.K., or European law degree and have at least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with some international and in-house experience.
