  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to patients, including antenatal and postnatal care
  • Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as required
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with An Bord Altranais / Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Must have eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA passport or appropriate work visa)
  • Triage training and certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Mandatory training including but not exclusive to Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification(desirable), Safety Intervention training(formerly MAPA can be supplied by Direct Medics)
  • Garda Vetting (cost covered by employer)
  • Minimum 6 months post-registration experience
  • Experience in high-acuity environments and familiarity with Irish or UK healthcare systems (HSE/NHS or private)
