The Data Center Learning team at Amazon is responsible for providing training and certification solutions to a diverse and global group of data center technicians and engineers. We are looking for a Certification Specialist who wants to be part of building exciting and new offerings for AWS Data Centers.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing assessments, working with stakeholders to determine domains, skills, knowledge, and competencies to be covered in the certification, and gathering feedback from stakeholders to refine the assessment program regularly. You will also monitor program impact and effectiveness, updating competencies or tools as organizational needs evolve.
If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a solid understanding of exam development, psychometrics, credentialing standards, and adult learning principles, we encourage you to apply.
