Job Title: Operational Manager - Food and Beverage
">We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Cork City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all Food & Bar outlets, managing team members, and maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and service specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Outlet Management: Ensure efficient management of Food & Bar outlets, delivering exceptional luxury and quality standards to guests consistently.
- Team Leadership: Communicate the Hotel's Vision to the team, manage reservations, and liaise with relevant departments regarding special requests.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of service areas, attend meetings as required, and ensure management presence during peak service times.
- Guest Feedback: Act on guest feedback promptly, maintain flexibility in work schedules to ensure uninterrupted service, and create a market-leading environment through product, people, and profit initiatives.
- Recruitment and Development: Recruit and select F&B team members, manage timekeeping systems, develop key team members, and plan for succession.
- Financial Management: Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, achieve departmental sales targets, maintain beverage costs within budgeted targets, and manage payroll in line with forecasted and budgeted targets.
